Our hope is to expand next year and offer classes for primary and upper school ages as well as for middle school. What we are able to offer will depend on the number of new families, but our plan is to follow a flexible schedule, allowing for a mixture of several 2-3 week long workshops, field trips, and longer-duration focused studies. *In respect for both teachers and learners, there will be a cap on the number of students in each level.* On the primary level, we are considering, among other things, units in classical music/ Classical Kids, art, Galloping the Globe, and yoga; for the middle level, applied art, strategy gaming, literature, and art history; and for the upper level, movie discussions, applied art, art/ music history, personal finance, and a study of The Lord of the Rings (or whatever else interests the teenagers!). We hope to have guitar and PE available to all levels, and some simple, creative learning activities for preschool siblings.
